It's a shame Kroger won't carry bean sprouts. They got a batch of improperly-farmed sprouts once, a bunch of people got sick and sued them. Damn shame, because I love bean sprouts on a turkey sandwich with swiss, mayo, and mustard.

Yes but youll have to increase the amount you eat yearly. For now a handful should be good. But once youre 100 your body will decay at a faster rate, then youll need to eat liks 20 pounds of the stuff for it to work.
