Howdy /ck/
I will be moving out on my own soon and want recommendations for reasonably priced pot/pan set.
This looks pretty good, but I hate the riveted on handles. My mom has a set like this and its fucking impossible to properly clean around the stupid rivets.

I want stuff with that copper bottom right?
you have to find out whether it's 18/0, 18/8, or 18/10 stainless. 18/0 is worthless. 8 is ok, 10 is best.

it will say

get a non-stick if you're not a great cook and don't plan on deglazing your pans when you make food. It is easier and makes more sense all around. I'm a 20 year old chef and I use non stick at home

I've had one for months and it has yet to say a word. Should I be worried?

You have to earn it's trust first. That can take a while.

You need to pet it carefully.

Lol. Thought I was in a different thread for a minute there. I mean for a stainless steel pan.
