So far I've been isolating it down to peanuts which I am definitely allergic to and anything with higher concentrations of soy like soy sauce, teriyaki, etc. 99% sure I'm allergic to it as it only happens after I eat the certain things.

Going to do actual controlled tests on Saturday and deal with it for the night to make sure. I've had this hypothesis for some time now and figured out my own peanut allergy.

I'm also exaggerating with the everything part. A lot of what I eat does have soy in it. I'll legitimately have to start making almost everything from scratch.
