I have a can of sardines in my cupboard for unexplainable reasons (don't remember buying it), and I don't know what to do with it. I've never tasted sardines before but I've heard they're disgusting. Does /ck/ have any tips or recipes to make sardines delicious?
Sardines are great. Mix them with some honey mustard and throw that shit on crackers.

if they're just plain you can put them on saltines with some mustard or jalepenos. I dont eat them very often because they make my burps taste like fish for the next few hours

They're cheap.. so just try them?
I was ready to hate them but they're oily and bland. Light fish flavor (NOT fishy, like anchovies are).
They're good on crackers with cream cheese, onions, and dill
1. put in bowl.
2. add red wine, apple cider, or malt vinegar (to taste)
3. add olive oil (to taste)
4. salt and coarsely ground pepper
5. splash of Tabasco if you're not a faggot
6. mash with fork until.
7. spread on toast or crackers
8. ????
9. profit

Why would you guys add carbs to a near-perfect meal?
Eat with hot sauce.
you should experiment with different brands because the way certain brands prepare them makes them taste bad
I end up avoiding sardines because I don't like that they're so small and visibly fish.
I like tinned mackeral, since that's not like an entire fish.
Someone convince me to stop being so childish.
