make some up, it's different to the pre-mixed stuff.
also it's useful for putting into spice mixes and I personally use it in shortcrust pastry for meat pies.
Oh yeah, and snorting it should be the next cinnamon challenge.

Mustard gets milder as it reacts with water. Keeping it a powder keeps it fresher and more potent.

Try mixing it with vinegar instead of water.

Water works fine. Boil the water, and let it cool a bit. Then mix in the mustard powder, and mix to your desired heat level.

Agreed. I was simply pointing out that it can be mixed with other things if you want to change the taste. Vinegar is a good option. So is a fairly mild and vinegary hot sauce, like tabasco.
