I fill my own tea bags with loose tea at home to take to work. I always leave my tea bag in my mug, except when I'm drinking black tea, because I drink really strong black tea, and it would get too bitter. But my herbal blends, sure, and my white and green tea. The green tea gets a little bitter, but I don't care. I'm sure it irritates some of my co workers.
