>don't press patty with spatula
>don't cut into
But
>93% lean
>cook until light brown at center
And my burger always ends up TOO juicy. What am I doing wrong brehs?
>>9140550
good thread
obviously you have to press it with spatula
>>9140571
But apparently I'm not supposed to do that
>>9140550
Buying cheap meat that has added water? Not sure if that's even a thing. If that's not the case, just make two thinner patties instead of one thicker one. They'll dry out more that way and you get more of the tasty seared outside.

I don't know if that's a thing either and I'm not sure how that'd work but I wouldn't be surprised. It was a pound of the cheap HEB store brand ground beef. Tasted p gud, though.
>>9140550
>too juicy
I figured out the problem: you're a faggot.
>>9140886
why?
>>9140550
You dont press because it squeezes out the juices, so if you want less juices, just fucking press it
