I gotchu senpai
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F
1. Take 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking soda and combine. Chill at least 1 hour
2. add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 c powdered milk and 1 cup water to mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms
3. in another small bowl, mix molasses, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup golden syrup and the juice of one lemon, chill at least one hour or overnight.
4. add enough flour to dough mixture to be able to form with hands and not stick. Spread dough out like you would a pizza crust
5. take syrup mixture and spread across the dough until evenly dispersed, then place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
6. Take out and let cool before you chow down on your dank lemon pizza pie.
Can somebody PLEASE do this so I can see if I have a knack for writing recipes?

Don't do this, I tried it and my oven started venting mustard gas

Why the fuck would you have to chill the flour, salt, and baking soda? Is this some kind of baking thing I don't know about?

sounds decent

I've never used powdered milk but you could try fried milk if you think it's usable and you've got some leftover bread for the coating.
Otherwise, picrelated flatbread (dunno how else to translate it, that's the closest thing i can think of), it's supposed to turn out crunchy, a bit greasy and well salted. The dough is pretty much the same as bread.
