I like a big salad topped with a drained can of albacore tuna (tuna in water, not oil). Can use normal canned tuna as well.
I load a plate/bowl with fresh spinach (lettuce is OK as part of a salad, but don't make it an iceburg lettuce salad, that lettuce is only good for hydration; iceburg has virtually no nutritional value) and add chopped tomato, onions, mushrooms, olives, plus shredded cheese and a pretty big dusting of sunflower, sesame, and chia seeds. Plus whatever dressing I'm fond of.

I keep cans of tuna in the fridge at home for this; I like chilled tuna on my salad and on my sandwiches (unless I'm making a tuna grilled cheese or something).

Salad + tuna = filling and healthful

Oh, yeah, black pepper is fucking amazing on this. Add hardboiled eggs for more protein/calories and add/subtract other salad ingredients as you wish.
