I just take a general one-a-day multivitamin. Mostly because I got a two-yeae supply of the things for a handful of dollars and I'm basically poor since I graduated college and I'm going to have to start paying of student loans soon enough. This is to ensure that even in the coming hard times, I won't get scurvy because my diet is primarily rice and beans. Hopefully I'll land a good job soon, but for now I'm settling for a job at a sporting goods store. Pays better than minimum wage at least.
