/ck/ help, I've lost all drive to cook. I just keep making frozen stuff with rice cause it's easy.
What's something that tastes good, makes a bunch of servings, but doesn't require too much effort.

Pork belly, side of asparagus and parsnip mashed potatoes. It's oven work and a couple of side dishes. Simply don't start the sides until you're 30 minutes deep in the oven and all the real work will be about 20 minutes assuming you're good with a knife.

Are parsnip mashed potatoes made the same way as regular mashed potatoes?

brown a pound of mince meat of choice, add prego. got lots of sauce for many spaghetti's. Also microwave aspergers for vegtable.
Get some steak, put a nice dry rub on it (i recommend montreal) and broil that sucker. Takes half an hour and it feeds however many you buy steak for. It's not a full meal but it's what I make whenever I feel like being lazy.
Also a slow cooker stew is good. Chop up some meat and veggies (or get it pre cut if you feel. Kinda lazy though) throw it in the pot with some stock and spices in the morning and by dinnertime you've got a nice, filling meal that tastes like you put in effort.

Yeah you just add parsnip. It's like a 70/30 ratio.
