Could I get some better sriracha sauce alternatives?
I'm sick of living in the meme bubble.
Gochujang I think it's called, it's a Korean pepper paste. Savoury/spicy kinda deal.

Harrissa du Cap Bon
H-Homemade hot chili oil...

Badia sriracha is literally the best one one the market. I don't even mean to bring up hot sauce fights or brand loyalty, it's just the very surprisingly best one.

yellowbird habbenro, or any of the yellowbird stuff
Are there any hot sauces that don't taste like a fuckton of vinegar? I want to make things spicy, not sour.
Straight from the zhong guo, it's yah boy 老干妈。It's best when cooked into stir fries or saute, but I eat it out of the bottle for a snack too. It's probably cheapest at your local Asian grocer

Million of Asians can definitely be wrong, but sambal oelek is really good

Only problem with laoganma is that it's oil based instead of vinegar based, so taking a spoonful adds a shit ton of calories. I still eat it right out of the jar sometimes.
