Hi /ck/.
I need some advice. I never cooked for my boyfriend, or much at all to be honest. I'm chronically ill and my grandmother has always cooked for me, I've never done much myself because I'm quite weak, so I hope you don't judge me too much. I'm 21 and just moved away from home, and I'm quite lost, if not hopeless, regarding everything. I would love to make a third course meal for my boyfriend as he helps me with everything and I want to do something nice for him.
Do you have any ideas? I'd love to make something tasty, but not too complicated. I'm quite good at making desserts, they don't turn out that pretty, but they usually taste really good - but I don't have much experience cooking actual food. Some ideas for the menu, the prep etc would be greatly appreciated. He's not a steak kind of guy, but he's open to everything.
Thank you
Sorry, I meant three course meal. Sorry if my spelling is horrible, English isn't my first language.
Salad
Pasta
Dessert
is about as easy as it gets

Hi, thank you for your advice. Pasta was the only thing I was hoping to do without - I've made pasta for him before, with salmon, white whine sauce, parsley etc. Pasta is the only kind of food I usually make, so I was hoping something a bit different. But thank you
Make a steak for him. Simple shit, and barely takes any time.
