The Walmart I go to has decent produce and cheese sections, but I wouldn't buy meat from there. I've been in places where the raw meats smelled appetizing but the meat aisle in Walmart smells off-putting. Even had a problem with canned tuna being spoiled from there. If your budget is tight I'd recommend eating less meat from a better source and trying to make up for it with eggs, cheese, peanut butter, etc.
