What are your guys' thoughts on pressure cookers? I like to slow cook some things because I'm lazy, but having to wait 6-8 hours is a pain in the ass. Any pressure cooker recipes people like or experiences? Stovetop or Electric? I've used neither but it seems like the convenience of electric is more useful even if you lose the ability to sear.
