Alright guys, I want to know how this could have happened with the whipping siphon. The lid exploded off the canister, I'm guessing, and obviously she was standing near/holding the device. I wonder if it was the lid that hit her chest or the canister itself. Like if she was dispensing the whipped cream or whatever, so it was pointed down, but then the thing exploded and the canister hit her chest? Or maybe it was sitting on her counter, she was standing in front of it, and lid blew off and hit her chest? So many questions...

It's important to note that her whipping siphon has a plastic lid. The ones we use in a pro kitchen are made of metal. Still, fuck, I use one every single day. I will probably start holding it with a towel and keeping the butt of the canister pointed away from me, lol.
