Just made curry for the first time. It was supposed to be chicken but ended up being fish because I dropped the diced chicken all over my kitchen floor. I cheated with the rice because it was a cheap prepackaged thing from Kroger that I did on the stovetop in 10 minutes. I also cooked this while shirtless and in swim shorts at around 4AM, so I'd say it's pretty authentic.
that looks like total shit desu

Thanks.
How did you make it?

Couple decent sized pieces of fish, flour, some olive oil and butter, half a green bell pepper and half a red one, a third of an onion, curry power, a tiny bit of greek yogurt, and then I blended it all together and cooked it down. I know you're supposed to cook the stuff separately but it turned out ok.

You fucking blended it?
WHY!!?!?
>>9084303
I'd just wash the chicken off.

Forgot to mention that the fish, peppers, and onion were leftovers from the grill yesterday.

Ok i appreciate your effort here desu but you should not be blending your curry.
Buy yourself a slow cooker.

>I dropped the diced chicken all over my kitchen floor.
aww
it looks ok for something made at 4am
Here's a more detailed guide.
>get grilled peppers, onion, and fish
>get flour, olive oil, butter, curry powder, greek yogurt
>put everything except onion and fish into a blender
>blend until pretty smooth, but not all the way
>put into a pot on medium heat
>break up the cooked fish chunks
>put into pot
>dice up cooked onion real fine
>put into pot
>cook down until it's not so watery
>server warm over $2 stovetop rice

It tastes just as good as at a restaurant, honestly.

Thanks. I know, I was pretty sad when I dropped the bird.
