If you double fried them the way you're supposed to, there's no way that it should get soggy. That shit is crunchy af. If you think you're doing it right, and it's still soggy, go lighter on the sauce, or just dunk it in a small bowl.

I found a place that drizzles it on and its great.

Usually when I get wings they double fry them so they stay crispy.
