How can I make a popsicle that looks like this?
The process seems like it would be to fill a popsicle mold halfway and put it on its side, but the ones I'm looking at online don't come with a secure top.
I had the idea of using one of those bubble wands and just cutting the wand off, but those things aren't really meant to be frozen and it might leak some gross stuff into the liquid.
Any ideas?

I've seen molds with a secure top, just keep looking.
Even if you don't find one with a secure top you can improvise that yourself with modeling clay or something similar.
Make the whole popsicle first, then cut it in half
Fill half the mold with one color, let it set and freeze, then fill the other half.

1) Make blue popsicle.
2) Shove popsicle up your ass.
3) Popsicle melts, you get a special thrill.
4) Go to store and buy blue/red popsicles.
5) Shove blue/red popsicles up your ass.
etc.

Take your regular Popsicle mold
Poor half blue mixture + seal the mold
incline it 90°
Freeze it in that angle until solid
Take it out, unseal
Poor red mixture into remaining half + seal again
Put back in freezer until solid

freeze a blue popsicle and a red one in a generic mold
cut each in half
melt the one half of each while leaving the other in the mold, then pour it into the opposite colour mold to freeze again
