Are eating eggs as your primary food bad for you?
I've been diagnosed with acid reflux, sliding hernia, and hemorrhoids. prior to this I had trouble eating pretty much everything(even tap water) without getting heartburn 24/7 and went from 178 lbs to 146 in a couple months.
so far the only thing weirdly enough that gives trigger me is eggs, crackers, half a banana and handful of cheerios. So I was wondering willI be hurting myself in the future with these eggs?
I usually eat 3 with the yolk and then 6-7 egg whites as my meals for the day.
I've been buying the more expensive organic and cage-free brands if that helps.

No.
Eggs are the only protein that is a complete protein, that is, it has a complete amino-acid profile. Additionally, numerous studies have found that eating as little as 2 eggs a day lowers LDL cholesterol levels (bad cholesterol). Eggs are good for your skin, your hair, your eyes, and cardiovascular health.

Eggs are one of the few things that are good for you and good for you ever day. I eat 2-3 daily.

I fucking hate the new age 'food specialists' with their hippie bullshit they try to sell.
Ask any farmer that grew old in the country side, with large hands and a strength of an ox, what food is healthy and what is bad for you.
They will all say the same thing which is basically eat meat, eggs, greens, bread, lard, all of the 'heavy' food, but always do something to use it.
Because such food is like diesel fuel to a tractor or a bulldozer, you have to spend it somehow. Meaning one has to move, work out, even though doing manual labor around your home or for money cant compare to giving money to lift weight while wearing tight clothes.

Yes and no. I work on a farm, but I still think empiricism has its place as it comes to diet. Sure, at the end of the day, the best thing to do is to experiment and try out what works best. Personally I've found my body loves eggs and it loves fruit while it's not too hot on meat, diary, or strong grains. People do vary a lot, but having a baseline start point for nutrition isn't bad.
The notion of "using" the food although is hugely important. Food is different when you have to pull 3-4k calories in a day.

Simple answer for that. Those are all harder to digest. You can try eating them with some pineapple, an apple cider vinegar supplement, or removing beverages from your meals (try to have your drinks 30 mins before or 1-2 hrs after meals) to improve digestion.
Good food and a healthy diet consist of only two things
>1 common sense
Eat your fruit and veg and plenty of fibres
>2 accounting
If calories in > calories out you gain weight
If calories in < calories out you loose weight
That. Is. All.

there is nothing that could possibly go wrong with eating eggs as the majority of your diet.
