Flips definitely have one of the worst food cultures, nobody know's how to cook and has no idea what good ingredients or subtlety is.
If you've had blood sausage before, pork offal blood stew(dinuguan) can be decent if done properly(blood doesn't curdle, proper amount of vinegar) but 99% of flips are too retarded to cook properly.
