How do you like your oatmeal? I prefer using the fancy, imported oats for mine.

One time my *best friend* ate all my fancy, imported oats. What a cunt.

brown sugar, honey, and quinoa with some almonds is literally goat
>>
I do instant oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and either PB2 or Sweet n Low. Then, I usually add in either frozen fruit or the salad topping stuff that's nuts and dried fruit. Delicioso desu
>>
I eat it with peanut butter and honey.

Peanut butter is my favorite food of all the edibles I've put in my mouf.
>>
chilled until it's congealed and lumpy.

serve with lots of cold milk.
>>
rolled oats cooked in water, add blended fresh blueberries and some honey
>>
Rolled Oats with Brown Sugar, Chia and Poppy Seeds, cooked in Hemp Milk, topped with a Sliced Banana
>>
Overnight Oats. Been eating them for almost a year now. Fucking love it.

Base is Oats, Almond Milk, Greek Yogurt, Stevia, and protein Powder

Then about 150 or so calories of mix ins depending on how im feeling. PB Powder, flavored jams, frozen fruit, nuts, chia seeds, hell even chocolate chips on occasion.

Absolutely delicious. Look forward to it every morning.

Hello I am European an what is Oatmeal?

Is it like muesli? Or do you just put Oats in cold milk or water?
>>
>>9052163
Very similar.

Oatmeal is usually used to describe oats that have been boiled in water or milk, or Oats that have been soaked in water or milk overnight.

sounds like too much work. i'd rather chew down on my tough and manly oatz
>>
the amount of oats i need to eat to hit my carb macros is so fucking high that I normally just pour milk into rolled oats let em sit for like 10 minutes and eat them

otherwise it takes up too much of my stomach space

Rolled oats or steel cut?
>>

I eat it twice a day but with just some cold milk. I leave it while I cut up some fruit to eat on the side but I just cannot stand warm oats, they make me gag. Eating it made me lose weight which is great, I was simply eating too much bread.
