What are some healthy-ish snacks that are actually tasty?
Last couple of weeks i've been trying to cut back on calories and fat and what not and its been hard to find snacks that are tasty but aren't complete calorie/carb loads especially with me being a complete salt addict, some suggestions would be nice.

I legit like some of the flavored rice cakes available. Occasionally I'll hit it with a sauce or jam or spread to give it a little extra something. Peanut butter, jam, jelly, etc.

rice cakes arent necessarily bad but I always had them when I was young to a point where i'm just tired of them
never tried putting jam or anything on them though, sounds alright
speaking of rice snacks i've been eating a lot of oriental rice cracker mix lately, shits awesome, also makes me drink a lot of water because it makes my mouth dry as fuck after a handful

It's very easy to make spicy chickpeas yourself (and much cheaper too).
If you like Chef John or can at least tolerate him watch his video for chrunchy spiced chickpeas.

A large, 5 oz bag has about 450 calories. It'll take you literally days to get through an entire bag.
If I'm ever hungry and I know I won't be able to sit down for a proper meal for a few hours, I'll usually just drink a glass of milk. It's hydrating and it can keep you full for a while too. Get low fat milk if you're concerned about fat.
