Have you ever gotten sick somewhere more than once and gone back again?

I have a major craving for a particular place, but the past two times I've gone, I've ended up sick the next day. It has a great rating, always looks clean, and I eat at other places that are more dubious... but it's gotten me sick twice.

Should I give it another try?
