That's pretty much what NurtriSystem is.

Chicken, beef, LOTS of veg. all home cooked. Walk around a track, neighborhood, anything for an hour or more. Drink a lot of water too.

I survived off stoufers and rum for about a year when i got super depressed after leaving the army. It works but it's not good. Also my bp went up to 150/100 with 110 pulse.
