I've got some supermarket frozen beef patties, how should I season them?

cayenne, garlic powder, and a little bit of paprika and ground mustard and do you have black pepper?
>>9024359
nope

I guess put what you want on there, as long as it includes cracked black pepper. But, while you panfry them, fill up the rest of that pan with onions or mushrooms, splash of Worcestershire.
ok so I put cayenne, garlic powder, some mustard and paprika, then brushed some worcestire sauce on it and threw more into the pan. smells good, thanks /ck/.
don't mind the shitty lighting pls, it's delicious

Exactly what I was thinking. Like that would ever work. lulz
Season it by throwing it in the trash and then getting some fresh meat

topkek. No matter how you insert it, it will be the temp of the pan that will be measured.

Use your fajita seasoning, mix with a little oil, spread all over burgers, baste in it as they cook. Then some onions, peppers on top of burger and some taco sauce instead of ketchup or mayo. A fajita, taco burger.

You know why they are called beef patties and not hamburger right?
