Sausage. It's so much better. You can stack pasta and prevent it from falling more easily with sausage if u slice it. Also it tastes better with more spices from what I've seen. Plus it's so much more aesthetic having slices that use the juices to combine with the sauce while cooking in a pan. My mom always made spaghetti that way. She'd buy Italian sausage and cook it in a pan before slicing it and combing it with a can of plain tomato sauce and boom there's all the spice needed.

Pick sausage.You can eat them with the pasta or save them and put them on buns with peppers and onions to add variety to you're diet. You could do the same with meatballs, but one sausage = sandwich whereas 4 meatballs = sandwich.
