Hey /ck/ I got this shark cartilage soup mix. Has anyone had any experience with something like this? I dont know what else to put in the actual broth to eat - need suggestions! I will post pictures updating my chronicles and the neat stuff inside
Does shark cartilage even have a taste? I know a lot of Chinese cuisine is based around maintaining appearances rather than actually tasting good.

desu I bought many of those obscure bags and tried to make soup stocks out of them like it was written on the package and it never worked for me. I would be very interested to know what to with them and if chinese even use them.
