Do you think there would be a market for an authentic 'go 'za restaurant in my city if the nearest one is 800 miles away?
>>9009933
Yes, if it's a good deep-dish.
>>9009933
no, only "people" from shitcago would overpay for tomato soup in a bread bowl.
you said "za" so I hope you have a stroke and can't plague this board anymore
>go
>za
This must stop.

Distance isn't the issue. How big is your city? Do people eat out a lot? How crowded is the pizza space in general? What are restaurant rents like? Are you even capable of producing a decent pizza, much less the masterpiece that is Chicago style deep dish pizza?
If you're living in some fifth-tier "city" that is mostly old people waiting to die, you're fucked from the inception. In a college town in the cornfields, you might have a chance if you can compete with Papa John's. If you're in some magical first-tier city where all the richfags eat out three times a week but where nobody has built a GoZaStaraunt, then you're golden.

There'd only be demand for 'go 'za if your city is full of plebs.
>>9009933
Could you call the restaurant 'Go 'Za?
>>9009933
City and population dumbfuck.
>>9009933
You'd have to have really good branding and decor to get people to go there vs. Dominoes. I don't think just having good Chicago pizza would be enough to justify the price in a flyover state

There's about a million and a half people in the metropolitan area. Huge restaurant scene. Lots of young to middle aged people with disposable income.
