Does anyone else here sometimes forgo water for extended periods of time? Like not too long, but if I drink water like I normally would I just end up having to get up and go to the bathroom a lot.
Water tastes a lot better and feels a lot more refreshing if I just "forget" to drink it for awhile. I don't even drink it with meals anymore. It's been 7 hours since I last drank any water, I think give it another hour or two and I'll go get some. It'll feel very refreshing I think and much better. It's like how you enjoy food more when you're hungry.
You're meant to enjoy water, not mindlessly consume it, I think.

No, I have a steel 1L growler which gets drank and refilled multiple times a day. Water is an essential ingredient of life.

Of course, I don't deny that, but I think most people drink it much too often and don't really enjoy it. If you wait longer between drinks it becomes a lot more enjoyable to consume it
