Oatfield is a great local chocolate/sweets manufacturer here, but their chocolate is subpar in comparison to bespoke Swiss or Danish chocolates. Belgian chocolate is also great.

The japanese are slim but otherwise live really unhealthily. Heavy smoking, high saturated fat food, huge amounts of salt and not to forget really a culture based around drinking alcohol all the time if you can.
