What's the average amount of time you would cook chicken in a slow cooker on high? Never used one before.
It depends on the cut of chicken and what you are trying to do with it.
Probably 4-6 hours (high for 2-3 and low for 2-3)

They're just some boneless thighs. I'm trying an italian thing with some tomato sauce and provolone.

2 hours or less. Once it gets hot it only takes a few minutes. It depends how small you cut it. If you cut it in small chunks, cook it for an hour, see if the pan is bubbling, and then cut a piece open, if it's all white, it's cooked.
72 hours give or take

usually a few days, but it can vary from chicken to chicken

whole thighs: 4-5 on low max
thighs cut into pieces: 3-4 on low max

If you brown them first it shouldn't take more than an hour. No worries leaving them in a bit longer because they won't dry out in the slow cooker.

Just curious OP - why would you ask/believe this retarded place vs. the recipes you can find online?
You just bored and wanting to chat?

Wanting confirmation. Most recipes off normie sites says 4-5 hours on average, just wanting a second opinion since this is my first time fucking with a slow cooker.
I prefer longer times on low.
post the pasta

Why do you need an opinion at all? Aren't you capable of looking at the chicken and determining whether or not it's cooked to your liking?
