Im about to quit keto. What foods should i fill up on? I already

I'm trying to learn German, and without outside help I recognize "brot" as bread. So I'm guessing "mett" is meat and "chen" is sandwich, so meatbreadsandwich?

so mettbrötchen, leberwurstbrötchen, schinkenbrötchen are just names for combinations.

we say sandwich in germany too, but "belegtes brot/brötchen" would be a good translation. it means that there is something on the bread.

Personally, the thing that made it the hardest lot to me to stay in keto was potato based dishes, you could try this one for example :

>for extra autism, flip over the potatoes mid-cooking for an evenly result

You can eat them as they are, but you can also add whatever spice you want, curry does wonder in that situation.

In addition, you can make a ham/crème fraîche/garlic/msg and whatever herb/spices you want sauce to pour on it/dip, or even mix with the potatoes.
