I've been grinding coffee beans with a shitty 15$ grinder and a 15$ drip coffee machine. My coffee still tastes like shit.
I'm looking into a entry-level burr coffee grinder+espresso machine. Any recommendations? I heard good things about Baratza grinders.

breville makes consumer crap
bumping for interest
baratza virtuoso for the ginder
skip the espresso machine. espresso is the fedora of coffees
get a pourover or a clever or a vacuum or an aeropress or a cevze or literally anything but an espresso machine
fresh roasted beans. don't buy beans if they're not marked with a roast date

>actually thinks coffee is superior to espresso

Hurr durr lets make a blend of shitty charcoal
your coffee is shit because you're using a drip machine, not because you have a shitty grinder. try a french press or aeropress
Recommendations for cheap electric burr grinder?
>grind beans with a $15 grinder
>put grounds in a basic mr coffee drip machine
bretty good
>put grounds in $15 french press

Stop being a pussy and just drink the goddamn coffee you make. Unless you want to be a pretentious fuck and drink coffee the way it smells, then just deal with it.

Don't go for entry level anything related to espresso. Home espresso is expensive and time consuming to get anywhere close to what a dedicated shop puts out. Just go look up the price of a professional machine and grinder and you'll see what I mean.
You're better off with a virtuoso like what >>8985495 said and a chemex or a v60.
