Wood duck is head and shoulders above any other duck. It has the taste and texture of a prime cut of beef. Problem is they can be skittish as hell, so you have to be a fairly adept hunter, not a bud light swilling white trash out for a weekend away from the 5 little monsters and a fatass wife laying on the sofa smoking cigarettes and drinking coors in the single wide trailer.
