Sterling Brunch Buffet at Bally's in Las Vegas was like $80 - $90 per person. The service and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere made it worth the price.

But, for me, it's the Four Seasons brunch buffet in Irving, TX (Dallas area). It was about $45 per person and the food and service were top notch, plus the golf course and grounds are beautiful it's a great place to walk off a big meal.

Best buffet I've been to is breakfast at the Mandarin Oriental in Barcelona.

It was all delicious, all you can eat crab legs and seafood. But they had a chocolate mousse there and it was the best dessert I've ever tasted in my life.

Bacchanal in Vegas

Came out to around $72 for dinner. Was well worth it.

I had The Buffet at the Wynn once.
I stayed focused on the prime rib and shrimp.
Everything else looked good but im a simple man and those two items were too good to move on.

Golden corral. Ended up like 15 dollars after tax and drink. The service was immaculate and the chicken fried steak was top notch.

I used to go to this place called the super buffet. It was a huge building with a ton of floor space, could have been an event hall, and the buffet was only $5, the food was great too. I used to go there all the time and there was barely anyone ever in it. Then one day without warning they were completely gone, shut down, building empty.

I'm pretty sure it was just a shell company the triads were laundering drug money through, but damn if it wasnt great

If you are really hungry it's worth it

Best buffets outside of Vegas are at the Indian casinos. A lot of them also offer big discounts or free buffet meals if you're a new member siging up for their "clubs" and most purge them after 2 years of non-use, so you can come back in 2 years and eat free again. The only drawback is security will stare you down if you spend too much time eating or you're drinking too much.

I fucking love buffets.

Been to a couple Chinese ones. Some good, some bad. They all feature essentially the same stuff, but it's on the establishment on how often they rotate trays, how they have their stuff set up, what their long term prep is, etc. Most are around the same price, 10-15 bucks, so you just need to find a good one.

Example of a bad one was the food was spread out over the entire fucking building, trays weren't getting rotated fast enough so either something was dying for hours or empty for longer, bad dessert selection, and the Chinese dishes weren't quality controlled so you'd have to watch for crunchy grease bits in the chicken.

Down the street, I learned was the good one. Everything was centralized in the dining room. Food divisions made sense, section for Chinese, section for american, section for hot, section for kids. Food was rotated properly, etc.

Vegas obviously has a lot of good buffets. That's a staple of the town. Best ones you can find are usually the "all day" buffets because they will have the largest selections for the best price. Going to a breakfast buffet or dinner buffet is just pigeonholing yourself, and you arent getting anymore or less food.

My favorite buffet is a champagne brunch buffet at this restaurant attached to a hotel near my house. 45 bucks, so expensive, but the food is god tier. Bottomless mimosas, plus regular beverages and coffee. The buffet is two major sections right next to each other, plus a massive dessert table. Theres hot breakfast, waffles pancakes, eggs bacon sausage, cold breakfast, with cold fishes and fruit, prime rib station, prepared salad buffets, oysters, crab legs, hot brunch dishes like chicken trios or hot pasta, plus sweet breakfasts like mixed yogurts, omlette bar and kids food, cheese sticks and tendies.

Absolutely love that place.

Don't remember the name, but when I was about 7 or 8, I went to a brunch buffet with my family at a very fancy place. It was great, I packed my fat face full of waffles with blueberry topping and bacon. Besides the food, I remember ice sculptures, a huge smoked salmon, and a ceiling that was around 10m high.

Theres a fantastic japanese ichiban buffet where i live. Like 14 bucks dinner 10 lunch. They have a ton of asian and american food but i mostly eat sushi/sashimi (good sushi at a buffet, absolutely unbelievable right?), teriyaki chicken skewers, clams/mussels and green beans. They have the best green beans ive ever had. Also a lot of the asians i see there love to get plate after plate of crawfish, im not much of a fan though.
