How? Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda and add egg and butermilk. Where's the mess? Your stale chemical laden garbage still has to have a bowl and that's what you have with homemade. Where's the convenience? Save 1 minute because you didn't have to mix your own ingredients? This is the only good mix

I sometimes wonder about the "just make it yourself" posts, but for this one, just make it yourself. It's so easy. One bowl. Rinse the measuring stuff with water and dry it, mix it up, tastes far better home made. I didn't used to think there was a difference until about 20 years ago when I was around 16 and made my own for once. It makes a big difference. Even people I make them for can tell. It's so easy for pancakes.
