Does anyone know Burger King's secret for getting the calories in these so low? Even with the leanest beef I can find and lowfat cheese, my homemade burgers with the same components still come out to at least 350-ish.

Just ditch the bread and eat burger patties and you toppings over lettuce. Carbs are weakness there is no reason for a non endurance athlete to eat carbs

They probably lie. Measuring calories is actually very hard and is not a precise by any means.
