I want to eat more fruit and vegetables but the only ones I like

Buy organic and only buy produce in season. The difference in taste and texture with GMO vs non-GMO can be huge for some fruits/vegies.

should I buy broccoli frozen? if so what brand? birdeye jew. I like the convenience if just microwaving it in the bag cause I don't always have access to kitchen. I also don't use butter so not sure how to flavor? what cheese?

Buy the cheapest frozen broccoli you can find, I haven't noticed much of a difference in taste between brands. Sweet potatoes won't give you diabetes, on the contrary they are very good for you.

Don't be stupid. They still have lots of vitamin A and C which act as antioxidants. The purple variety may be more potent, but that doesn't lessen the health benefits of the orange variety.
