So we have a new guy doing the orders for where I work at. He vastly under-ordered and we had a particular busy night last night, so were out of ribs, cheese sticks, most fish, and most chicken.

We have one box of fries for the whole day.

we've been open 45 minutes, all the resos are within the next 15. 900 res seats all day with only 144 seats in the restaurant at a time, this is not counting walk ins... and one of the servers got fired this morning already for coming in drunk.
