I'm going to guess because I'm not the chef, but coat in olive oil, salt and pepper, herb de provence if you want other spices. Heat a bbq grill to 500 degrees or more. Place them on the grill and cook till tapping them results in a firm bounce, or otherwise use a thermometer to confirm them internally to 160f. Don't let the flames destroy them.

Isn't that a lot of chicken? The most I've done is one whole chicken breast, but usually I just have half a breast with a bunch of broccoli and onions

OP here.
I brushed with olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic power, and cumin. Then grilled for 5 minutes per side at 450 C. These filets were so thin they cooked quick.
Seems like an unusual amount of chicken for one meal.

Chicken looks to be cooked decently, though boring. If you're going to serve plain chicken on its own, I would prefer thighs, wings, or legs instead of plain breasts. The greens and rice appear completely bland and unseasoned. Overall I give it 4/10. Good effort, but you can do better.

this is literally my diner every night except no rice, and my green beans are usually broccoli and bell peppers.
