Porker neck is incredibly cheap where I live, what's the best way to prepare it?
Simply pan-frying it like a steak is already really good because it's a tender, moist cut of pork.

I usually cube and stew it in with mirepoix, remove, discard of veg. Create a citrus and brown sugar marinade with cayenne, cumin, garlic, paprika and soy sauce and mirin. Place cooked cubes of stewed meat in tupperware overnight. Reserve half marinade for later grilling. Chop large pieces of squash, zuchinni and red onion, alternate pork cubes and veg chunks onto skewers, grill until veg is done. Brush marinade over cooking pork skewers.

Braise the shit out of it with a big, hardy cab-sav and veggies in a low oven for a couple of hours. All of that connective tissue is gonna melt into sweet, sweet goodness. Remove the meat and veggies from the pot and reduce the pot liquor down to a delicious sauce.
