I love the rich, fatty, fishy flavor of mackerel but I hate all the little bones. Is there a type of fish that tastes like mackerel but isn't full of so many bones?

Look around for ten seconds and find a place that will sell it to you deboned, just like literally any other fish

Make kalakukko (Finnish fish pie). The process melts the bones so you don't have to remove them.
