/ck/, if you had to chop off your own leg (whole leg, or just below the knee if you prefer) and eat it, how would you prepare it?
I think rosemary and garlic butter in the oven would be good enough for mine. My calf muscles are huge but interspersed with just the right amount of fat. I think it'll taste great.

Was there ever any question?

osso buco

Human meat supposedly tastes like pork, so I guess I'd brine it, sear it in a hot pan, and finish it in the oven.

You don't deserve the leg you walk on.
Well atm I imagine my leg is pretty tough given my level of fitness, I think I'd barbecue it, real slowly. Like, for 8+ hours, basting it with smoky bbq, make a real day out of it you know? Crack some beers and tell the story of how I cut off my own leg for djnner.

If I'm in a position where I have to cut off and eat my own leg I think I would either be forced to eat it raw or try to cook it over whatever fire or heat source I might have.

smoke the thigh with bone in for 12 hrs or so until it pulls out clean

The meat in the first vid is as stale and dry as the clay.
Also, is this a new Hannibal? Looks awful
