Are they more of a west coast thing then? I live in Texas and the only time I've heard of these was when a friend made a stop at Bed Bath and Beyond specifically for these.

I saw them in WinCo the last time I stopped in.

I think these are made by Tim's Cascade chips which are a Pacific NW brand. I used to get them all the time when I lived in Montana but can't find them anywhere on the East coast. Their jalapeño chips are awesome.
