OP Here:
Pulled pork
>5 lb pork shoulder (buy this on sale, you should be able to find it for less than $1 a pound)
>Worcestershire sauce
>Dark brown sugar
>Apple Cider Vinegar
>An Onion
Quarter the onion and throw it in your slow cooker
Score the roast and rub it with Worcestershire until it's coated.
Make a crust of brown sugar over the pork
Pour your apple cider vinegar over the pork
Pour a bit more Worcestershire over the roast
Cook on low for four hours, flip over, cook another four hours. Shred your pork and throw out any extra junk.
You can eat it by itself or with BBQ sauce, on a bun or by itself. This recipe is pretty much foolproof.

What on earth is wrong with slow cooker chicken? I've made it close to 100 times and never had any problems.

Oh shit thanks any soup or other recipes? Chicken or beef would be nice cause want to try either of those for Holidays since some of my family members don't eat pork. Gonna try this recipe tonight

I'm a fan of this jerk chicken: https://www.budgetbytes.com/2013/03/slow-cooker-jerk-chicken/

1kg diced beef
3 large ox tail chunks (or make the diced beef 1.5kg if you don't want to use ox tails)
1 diced onion
3 diced carrots
3 diced celery sticks
Stock:
3 beef stock cubes
Boiling water
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Add diced veg to bottom of slowcooker
Add the diced beef and oxtails on top (stops the veg from floating to top)
Pour over the stock and top up the slowcooker with boiling water until the meat is covered
Cook slowly overnight or all day
Remove the oxtail bones and stir before serving
This will serve a bunch of people or last you a few days. It tastes nicer the day after you cook it. If you enjoy it as much as I do feel free to repost it.

Temperature-Time scales are what's accurate for cooking meat, temperatures like 165 degrees refer to a standard cooking time.
You won't contaminate any meat if its cooked slowly at a lower temperature.
