Mongolian fried peanuts are good but there's a few other varieties of chinese fried nuts that are interchangeable with peanuts.There's a glazed one that I mixed with pepper oil that I find to be irresistible for guests.
Some notable peanut/nut recipes:

>Nom Yu Peanuts (basically a mix of red wet bean curd and peanut)
>Peanut soup (a sort of roasted nut broth of sugar and rice flour)
>Fire dried walnuts (interchangeable with peanuts, also can be consumed roasted but is normally fried)

peanut butter. sunflower butter doesn't do it justice mate. I had a 2 week period during clinical drug trials in which I could eat peanuts after having lived with a severe peanut allergy for my entire life, and it was the best time of my life. I literally walked to a store, picked something out at random without sitting and spending 5 minutes analyzing the ingredients list, and just fucking ate it.
