What? Are you saying healthy food doesn't exist?
>>8861433
Exactly.

Just eat the sweet potato, they're perfectly good on their own. Don't be a fat fuck who needs to load all their food with other food.

Sweet potatoes are delicious by themselves with just salt and butter, you pleb. Adding cheese, bacon, and other garbage would ruin that perfect flavor they have

they're called yams you irredeemable yankshit

the "healthy" food trend is out of hand, but there are certainly things that are just ultimately detrimental to your health like Trans fat and large amounts of saturated fats/cholesterol

They're different

I suggest creating Skagenröra, consisting of:
creme fraiche, mayo, shrimp, dill, lemon juice, kaviar
Then add whatever vegetables you'd like.
I usually go with just corn, but I can imagine minced tomato, red onion and cheese being good, too.
This is my goto with baked potato, and goes great with sweet potato, as well. As long as you don't have too much Skagenröra, it's not unhealthy at all, either. It's only the amount of fat from the Creme fraiche and mayo that's somewhat unhealthy.
Add vegetarian chilli made with tomatoes, beans and corn. Together with the sweet potato it should count as 4 portions of veg and it is cheap, fairly low calorie, and fucking tasty.
(The stuff I make comes up to around 400 calories if you make it with 80 grams of each constituent part, and an additional 50 calories if you add a tablespoon of grated cheese ontop.)

this is a meme
Cottage cheese with some herbs and spices, that way you get protein into your meal.
