No, it's the fault of advertising starting in the 50's convincing people that cooking is hard work and drudgery so they should buy canned products, "instant" mixes, etc. instead. As a result of this cooking skills have been lost because it's so easy to hit a drive-thru or buy something premade and frozen.

I'll share the easiest pasta with you OP. I hope you like garlic and chili peppers.

Describes me perfectly. My plan for retirement is making high production value yt videos, and among my ideas is me reviewing food and trying to cook food.
I can't trust what reviewers say because I don't like most of the trash that they like, and OP proves there are people out there like us, so I figure it's existence would be warranted.
