Not really. There isnt much flavor to speak of.

Yeah, especially since they footnote to the sources of their information and you can determine if it's reputable or not, unlike some alternative fact websites I can think of.

What we think of as "jewish" food in the U.S., coming from the northeast where they first settled, is just a variation on central and eastern European food. Not really very distinctive from German or Polish food, except for the absence of pork.
